If you want a flat stomach & a healthy body, stop eating these so-called “healthy” foods.

Surprising as it may sound there are some so-called “healthy” foods which we consume that comes in the way of our weight reduction programs.

Also, think about how many processed foods we have that are either fried in soybean or corn oil… and even if the foods are not fried in these oils, these oils are additives to almost every processed food… chips, candies, cakes, salad dressings, tomato sauces, burrito wraps, corn chips, breaded chicken, etc, etc.  This is a LOT of calories from these 2 other corn and soy derivatives… both of them are EXTREMELY UNHEALTHY!
